Kentico have just released Kentico CMS 3.1a with new Free Edition. The Free Edition allows you to develop and run web sites without paying any fee!
You can use it for both commercial and personal projects.
The free edition comes with some llimits and it requires placing the Powered by Kentico CMS logo into the footer of every page managed by Kentico CMS for ASP.NET. You can compare all editions in the feature matrix.
